Request deletion of a Biyoloji Hikayesi account or data
This page concerns the account shared by the Biyoloji Hikayesi Android app and website, published by Hamza EROL — Rolpa Bilişim Pazarlama Yönetim Sistemleri. You do not need to install the app or sign in to submit a request.
How to submit your request
- Email info@biyolojihikayesi.com from your registered account email. Subject: Biyoloji Hikayesi — account/data deletion request.
- Provide your name and account email. Specify whether you want the shared account and associated data deleted entirely, or only specific data such as support messages.
- Watch for our email reply for ownership verification and the outcome. If you cannot access your registered email, contact the same address for help.
Prepare a deletion request by email
If you do not have an email app, copy the address into your email service. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive documents. This page does not automatically delete an account. Requests are processed after ownership is verified.
Data affected by the request
Deleting the entire account covers deletion or anonymisation of account/profile information, authentication information, account preferences, online question answers and history, favourites, private question notes and error reports without a legal retention requirement. You may include associated support records in your request. Requesting deletion of specific data does not require closing the entire account.
The Android app and website use the same account. Deleting the shared account ends account access and associated content access on both. Mention any ongoing subscription or payment issue in your request.
Analytics browser identifiers are not automatically matched to an account email. You can send Analytics measurement-data requests to the same address; we assess records under our control and the information needed to identify them. Account deletion does not automatically delete all data independently processed by Google. This sharing and Google's privacy controls are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Records that may need to be retained
Invoices, financial transactions, legal dispute records and necessary security records may be kept with restricted access while a relevant legal obligation or legitimate retention reason continues. Backup copies are also considered. Accepted deletion decisions must be reapplied after any restore. Remaining record categories, reasons and retention status are explained in the response.
Response and device copies
The outcome is sent by email. Personal data requests are answered as soon as possible and, for valid requests under Türkiye's KVKK, within 30 days. This response period does not mean that every legal retention obligation will have expired.
To remove phone copies, delete topics in Downloads or use “Bu cihazdaki hesabı ve indirmeleri temizle” in Information. These actions do not delete your server account. Server account deletion does not instantly erase files remotely from a completely offline device; clear those local copies separately.
